I managed a small team to create over 50 training, demo, and customer review videos for Sleep Experts, focusing on using top-performing employees to motivate the team internally. This particular video illustrates the delivery process from the warehouse to final installation, highlighting the roles of top performers responsible for that job.

I collaborated with the sales and marketing department to write and conduct interviews, then storyboarded sequences to film in both the warehouse and a real customer's home. Additionally, once a quarter, we rented out a movie theater to showcase these videos, including this one, during a big motivational sales meeting.
