This video was created to demonstrate Quore's deep understanding of its customer personas, showcasing how the app facilitates collaboration among hotel employees to efficiently complete guest requests and track issues in real time.

The project consisted of several videos tailored to different departments, designed for broadcast on social media and to be utilized in various formats at trade shows and events. I managed a small team that included two writers and a designer, ensuring the company’s goals were effectively communicated. Collaborating with multiple departments, I also gathered design files from the development team to animate the app and bring the video to life.
