As part of producing over seventy training videos for Quore, this visual piece is part of a series of brief videos aimed at providing key tips and tricks based on issues our customers encountered, as revealed through research data.

I collaborated with the sales, support, and development teams to identify the most pressing challenges users faced while interacting with the app. Using this data, I led a team that included a writer and a designer to create this series of informative videos, enhancing the user experience and streamlining workflows.
