Role Creative & Content Lead
Scope Campaign Architecture, Format Design, Brand Systems
Tenure Six years

A single creative lead can produce good work. What doesn't scale is being the reason every new campaign has to start from zero. The job was building things other people, and future campaigns, could run without me rebuilding them each time.

The Problem

One team, many campaigns, one point of failure.

Quore ran a constant cadence of trade shows, persona-driven marketing, and product education content, all of which needed to stay visually and tonally consistent without every new piece being rebuilt from scratch or waiting on one person's calendar. The fix wasn't working faster. It was building frameworks and formats other people could pick up and run correctly without me in the room.

What I Did

Four systems, one throughline.

Different formats, different timelines, same underlying question: does this still work if I'm not the one running it next time.

01

Campaign Architecture

Conceived and led a persona-driven campaign built on customer personas established in the company's brand guidelines, designed modular from the start so individual segments could be pulled and reused separately across different trade shows and partner events.

02

Format Systems

Created and sustained a branded short-form video series that ran for roughly two and a half years on one consistent template, title card, color-coded background, single music bed, so new product topics could be turned around quickly without redesigning the format each time.

03

Format Evolution

Expanded the original persona campaign into a second generation built around audience-specific taglines, proving the system could grow into a new phase rather than being retired after one use.

04

Brand Foundations

Contributed design work, writing, and cross-department interviews to the company's brand guidelines, including the persona framework that both campaigns above were built on.

Selected Work

The system, and what it produced.

One campaign told in full, backed by what came out of the format it established.

Built at a point when Quore had no existing media demonstrating the product, this campaign translated the customer personas from the company's brand guidelines, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance, Management, into individual segments. It was designed modular on purpose, so pieces could be pulled and used separately at relevant trade shows and events rather than treated as one fixed asset.

// Together, with Quore | Quore Overview

// Quore Users | Hotel Operations, the expanded second generation of the same persona system, closing each segment on a custom "you ___, we do too" line

// Q Tip: How to Create Custom Hotel Inspections in Quore, one of 14 entries produced on the same template over roughly two and a half years

The persona framework both campaigns above are built on came out of the company's brand guidelines, credited to the Creative Director who led that project. My role was contributing design and writing, and conducting the employee interviews that helped shape it.

Reflection

A brand system only proves itself once other people can use it without you in the room. That's the test I've built toward ever since, not whether a campaign looked good once, but whether it still worked the fifth time, run by someone else.
